The College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University held a meeting today, Sunday, September 27, 2026, to follow up on and enhance the performance of the scientific departments’ websites. The meeting was chaired by the College Website Coordinator, Assistant Lecturer Shams Abbas Hassoun, and attended by the coordinators of the scientific departments’ websites, including Ms. Tabarak Ahmed Turki, Website Coordinator of the Industrial College Technologies Department. The meeting was held in the College Operations Room. The meeting addressed mechanisms for enhancing and updating the electronic content of the departments’ official websites in a manner that strengthens their academic and scientific presence and provides a comprehensive overview of their activities and achievements, while also following up on the completion of digital content requirements and ensuring their continuous updating. The participants also discussed activating and regularly updating photo and video galleries, documenting scientific and student activities, as well as organizing, uploading, and electronically archiving students’ graduation projects. This contributes to preserving students’ academic output and making it accessible through the departments’ official websites. The meeting also emphasized the importance of enriching the websites with scientific and academic content, particularly scientific and educational articles prepared by faculty members, given their role in enriching knowledge-based content, highlighting the departments’ scientific and research activities, and enhancing the quality of published materials. Furthermore, the meeting reviewed the main challenges facing the process of updating the websites, including the limited submission of some articles and academic materials by faculty members. The participants stressed the importance of strengthening coordination among website coordinators, department heads, and faculty members to ensure a continuous flow of updated and diverse content. The meeting emphasized the need for regular follow-up of the websites, completion of their requirements, and continuous content updates, in addition to consistently documenting scientific and student activities and achievements. This aligns with Al-Mustaqbal University’s direction toward developing its digital environment and enhancing the quality of its online presence. This meeting is part of the College of Health and Medical Technologies’ efforts to develop its departments’ websites and transform them into effective digital platforms for showcasing academic, scientific, and student achievements, highlighting the College’s and its departments’ accomplishments to students, researchers, and the academic community, and reflecting the University’s commitment to strengthening its digital presence and keeping pace with the requirements of modern higher education.
