As part of its efforts to support academic and research development, faculty members of the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences at the College of Administrative Sciences, Al-Mustaqbal University, continue to participate in specialized training courses offered by the EduBa platform affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Among the participants is faculty member Najlaa Salim Musa. The courses covered a number of scientific and research-related topics, most notably the selection and evaluation of reputable academic journals, the reasons behind research paper rejection and ways to address them, advanced research skills using the Web of Science (WOS) platform, the H-Index, and the writing and publication of scientific research. The courses also included an introduction to Clarivate tools and the implementation of the Bologna Process in Iraqi universities. This participation reflects the department faculty members’ commitment to enhancing their scientific and research skills and keeping pace with the latest academic developments. It is also in line with Al-Mustaqbal University’s vision of supporting scientific research, improving the quality of education, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and academic excellence.
