The College of Administrative Sciences, represented by the Department of Business Administration at Al-Mustaqbal University, held a specialized scientific workshop today, Sunday, 27 September 2026, entitled “The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Advancing Digital Entrepreneurship.” The workshop was delivered and supervised by the Head of the Department of Business Administration, Assist. Prof. Dr. Amjad Hamid Majeed, with the distinguished participation of all faculty members and academic staff of the department, in line with the University’s commitment to keeping pace with contemporary technological advancements and developing its academic personnel. The workshop, hosted in one of the department’s advanced classrooms, featured an in-depth academic presentation addressing several strategic themes. The session focused on how Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms and large language models can be leveraged to support start-ups and transform them into successful digital entrepreneurial ventures. The lecture also reviewed the latest intelligent tools and software systems that contribute to automating administrative processes, accurately analysing market data, developing digital marketing strategies, and supporting sound investment decision-making. An interactive discussion was also held, during which the participating faculty members and academics raised questions concerning the protection of software innovations and their academic and professional applications within the contemporary business environment. Prof. Dr. Amjad Hamid Majeed emphasized that organizing this specialized workshop forms part of the department’s ambitious plans to integrate management curricula with digital technologies and artificial intelligence.
