The Rapporteur of the Department of Biology at Al-Mustaqbal University held a meeting with third-year students today, Saturday, September 26, 2026, coinciding with the start of the new academic year 2026–2027. The meeting aimed to clarify the academic and organizational instructions for the new academic year and reinforce students’ commitment to the approved regulations and guidelines. The meeting emphasized the importance of regular attendance, attending lectures, and adhering to the approved academic schedule, with particular emphasis on avoiding absence and consistently following lectures, given their importance in maximizing academic benefit and supporting students’ educational progress. The meeting also included clarification of several instructions related to academic courses, following course contents and curricula, organizing students into academic groups, and mechanisms for following lectures and complying with the instructions approved by the department. The meeting witnessed active interaction from the third-year students through questions and discussions concerning the new academic year, academic courses, and the organization of student groups. The instructions were clarified and students’ inquiries were addressed, contributing to a well-organized and clear academic environment. This meeting reflects the Department of Biology’s commitment to following up on students’ academic affairs, organizing the start of the new academic year, and strengthening direct communication with students to ensure the continuity of the educational process in accordance with the approved academic procedures.
