The Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Kermanshah, Iran, hosted a special dinner in honor of the delegation of the College of Science – Department of Forensic Evidence at Al-Mustaqbal University, upon the kind invitation of Dr. Saadoun Al-Saadi, Consul General of Iraq. The event reflected the consulate’s commitment to supporting Iraqi academics and students participating in scientific and training programs abroad. The dinner was attended by members and staff of the Iraqi Consulate in Kermanshah, along with the Al-Mustaqbal University delegation, represented by Prof. Dr. Dhirgham Ali Abbas, Head of the Department of Forensic Evidence, Lecturer Dr. Maytham Nabil Miqdad, Coordinator and Supervisor of the delegation, as well as the students participating in the development course held at Al-Razi University. The dinner was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, reflecting the Iraqi Consulate’s interest in maintaining communication with and supporting Iraqi students and academics during their scientific activities abroad. Discussions highlighted the importance of such training programs in strengthening students’ scientific and practical expertise and representing Iraq positively at international academic events. The meeting also featured discussions on the importance of developing the skills of Iraqi youth and broadening their academic horizons through participation in international programs and training courses, as well as the role of academic and diplomatic institutions in supporting students and encouraging them to benefit from such experiences. On behalf of the delegation, the President of the delegation, Prof. Dr. Dhirgham Ali Abbas, expressed his sincere appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Saadoun Al-Saadi, Consul General of Iraq, and the staff of the Iraqi Consulate in Kermanshah, on behalf of Al-Mustaqbal University’s Presidency, the College of Science, and the participating students, in recognition of the kind initiative, warm reception, and continued support extended to the delegation throughout its stay in Kermanshah. This initiative reflects the importance of strengthening communication between Iraqi academic and diplomatic institutions and contributing to a supportive environment for Iraqi students participating in international educational and training programs, while enhancing their scientific and cultural presence abroad.
