As part of the activities accompanying the development course held at Al-Razi University in Kermanshah, Iran, the delegation supervising the students of the College of Science – Department of Forensic Evidence at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a cultural and recreational trip to several of the prominent tourist and historical landmarks in Kermanshah Province, with the participation of the 12 students attending the course. The tour included a visit to the tourist city of Sahneh, renowned for its beautiful natural landscapes and scenic surroundings. The students enjoyed a relaxing recreational experience in a pleasant natural atmosphere, providing them with an opportunity to unwind and renew their energy after intensive days of academic lectures, practical training, and laboratory applications. The trip also included a visit to the historic city of Bisotun, which is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The students and accompanying delegation explored its prominent inscriptions, historical monuments, and archaeological remains, which reflect the legacy of ancient civilizations, while also gaining insight into the cultural and historical heritage of the host region. The tour provided an engaging atmosphere for the participating students, with the cultural and recreational activities contributing to strengthening communication and friendship among them and offering an opportunity to learn more closely about the historical and natural landmarks of Kermanshah Province. The delegation’s supervisors, Prof. Dr. Dhirgham Ali Abbas, Head of the Department of Forensic Evidence, and Lecturer Dr. Maytham Nabil Miqdad, Coordinator and Supervisor of the delegation, emphasized that organizing such extracurricular activities reflects Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to providing an integrated educational environment that combines scientific and academic development with cultural and recreational experiences. The supervising staff noted that such activities contribute to refreshing the students’ energy, strengthening their sense of cooperation and teamwork, and broadening their cultural perspectives by introducing them to the history and heritage of the countries and regions hosting their training programs.
