The Dean of the College of Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Rodhan Salman, held an expanded meeting that included the academic and administrative staff of the College, as part of preparations for the start of the new academic year and to assess the level of academic, administrative, and service readiness. The Dean began the meeting with a welcoming speech, during which he expressed his appreciation for the great efforts made by the academic and administrative staff of the College, praising their role in ensuring the success of the educational process and raising the level of academic and administrative performance, wishing everyone an academic year full of dedication, excellence, and success. The meeting included a discussion of the scientific, academic, and administrative plans prepared for the new academic year, as well as the necessary preparations to ensure the smooth running of the educational process and to provide a suitable university environment for students and lecturers, in line with the College's orientations and academic objectives. During the meeting, the Dean emphasized the importance of continuing to work on developing the educational process, improving the academic level of students, and updating teaching methods and curricula to keep pace with modern scientific and cognitive developments, in addition to enhancing scientific, research, and cultural activities that contribute to building the student's personality and developing their skills. He also stressed the importance of organizing administrative work and integrating efforts among all units, divisions, and departments, in a way that contributes to providing the best services to students and lecturers and enhances the quality of institutional performance within the College. At the end of the meeting, the floor was opened for interventions and discussions from the academic and administrative staff members to present their opinions and suggestions regarding the workflow and preparations for the new academic year, where the attendees affirmed their keenness to continue giving and cooperating and to work as one team to achieve the goals and the scientific and educational mission of the College of Education. #AlMustaqbal_University_First_in_Iraq
