Under the supervision and follow-up of the Dean of the College of Science at Al-Mustaqbal University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, the Central Audit Committee at the College of Science held an online meeting on Saturday, September 19, 2026, chaired by Asst. Prof. Dr. Haider Imran Issa, Head of the Central Audit Committee. The meeting addressed a number of key topics related to academic auditing and follow-up procedures, particularly the review of mechanisms for auditing the Master Sheet and verifying the accuracy and consistency of students’ results and grades in accordance with the applicable ministerial instructions and regulations. The meeting also discussed mechanisms for enhancing accuracy in the auditing process and ensuring the integrity of academic data and its consistency with officially approved records, thereby ensuring accurate procedures and smooth academic and administrative operations within the college. The committee emphasized the importance of adhering to approved ministerial instructions and regulations and maintaining accuracy and transparency throughout all stages of the auditing process. These measures contribute to safeguarding the integrity of academic records and enhancing the quality of institutional performance.
