Dr. Walaa Nouri Majeed, a faculty member in the Department of Anesthesia Techniques at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al Mustaqbal University, participated in the discussion committee of the higher diploma research of Lama Hamza Waheed, a student specializing in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Babylon. The discussion was held on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at Al-Hilla Teaching Hospital. The research, entitled: “The Role of CT Scan in Diagnosis of Bowel Wall Thickening” examined the role of computed tomography (CT) in diagnosing bowel wall thickening and the diagnostic information provided by this imaging modality in assessing changes in the intestinal wall and detecting associated pathological conditions. The discussion included a scientific presentation addressing the research objectives, methodology, and findings, in addition to examining the diagnostic aspects associated with the use of CT imaging in assessing bowel wall thickening. This contributes to strengthening the scientific and practical dimensions of the research.
