A delegation from the College of Science at Al-Mustaqbal University arrived at Al-Razi University in Kermanshah, Islamic Republic of Iran, to participate in the scientific training course entitled “From the Crime Scene to the Laboratory: Employing Biological Sciences in Forensic Analysis,” with the participation of students from the Department of Forensic Evidence and a number of supervisors and specialists. The delegation’s participation comes as part of the scientific and training program aimed at strengthening the practical skills of students in the Department of Forensic Evidence and providing them with an opportunity to learn about modern methods and techniques used in applying biological sciences to forensic analysis, while connecting theoretical knowledge with laboratory and field applications. Upon their arrival, the delegation was welcomed and introduced to the training program and its scientific themes. They also had the opportunity to learn about various academic and laboratory facilities at Al-Razi University and become acquainted with the lectures and activities scheduled as part of the course. The scientific program covers specialized topics related to the handling of biological evidence, from the crime scene through the examination and laboratory analysis stages, contributing to the development of students’ skills and enhancing their scientific and practical experience in the field of forensic evidence. This participation reflects the College of Science’s commitment to expanding training and scientific exchange opportunities for its students and strengthening academic cooperation with international universities and institutions, supporting the development of their skills and opening new horizons in scientific and applied fields related to their specializations.
