The Presidency of Al-Mustaqbal University welcomed all dear students on the occasion of the beginning of the new academic year 2026–2027, wishing them a fruitful and successful academic year filled with achievement and excellence throughout their educational journey. The University Presidency confirmed that classes will officially commence on Saturday, September 19, 2026, in accordance with the approved academic calendar. Students are urged to complete all required procedures prior to commencing their studies, in accordance with the applicable ministerial instructions. The required procedures include completing electronic registration through the HEPIQ system and paying the required amount to the Ministry through the system. The University emphasized that a student is not considered officially enrolled unless the registration procedures are completed and a university ID is issued through the HEPIQ system. Students are also required to visit the University to pay the first installment of the tuition fees, amounting to 25% of the total tuition fees, and to complete the registration procedures through the Ministry’s SIS system before the official commencement of classes. The University Presidency further emphasized the importance of visiting the relevant academic department to complete the registration requirements and ensure official commencement through the SIS system. Failure to complete registration and commence studies will be considered an absence effective September 19, 2026. The University also confirmed that the Ministry’s examination regulations will be applied directly through the SID system, including the procedures related to failure and dismissal due to absence in cases where students do not complete registration and officially commence their studies, in accordance with the approved regulations and instructions. The Presidency of Al-Mustaqbal University called on all students to adhere to attendance requirements and visit the University during this week to complete their registration procedures and officially commence their studies in their respective academic stages.
