As part of efforts to develop academic capabilities and enhance training skills, Mr. Ali Marza Abdul Hamza, a lecturer in the Department of Accounting at the College of Administrative Sciences, Al-Mustaqbal University, successfully completed the Training of Trainers (T.O.T) course, organized by the Al-Rawaf Foundation for Sustainable Development and Education Development in cooperation with the Iraqi Human Development Trainers Syndicate. The course was held from August 10, 2026, to August 30, 2026, with a total of 50 training hours. It covered specialized topics in trainer preparation and qualification, modern training methods, communication skills, and training session management, contributing to the enhancement of training competencies and the ability to deliver training programs more effectively. This achievement reflects the commitment of the lecturers of the Department of Accounting at Al-Mustaqbal University to continuously developing their scientific and professional capabilities and strengthening their training skills. It also contributes to improving the quality of academic and training performance and supporting the University's mission of building competencies and disseminating knowledge.
