The Industrial College Technologies Department at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al-Mustaqbal University, held a meeting on Monday, September 14, 2026, with the participation of the department’s teaching and administrative staff. The meeting addressed several topics related to enhancing academic and administrative performance, preparing for the start of the new academic year, and following up on the implementation of scientific and administrative plans and tasks. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Younis Abdul Ridha Al-Khafaji and attended by Dr. Taqi Hazem Abdullah, Ms. Tabarak Ahmed Turki, and Ms. Ansam Fadel. The meeting also addressed the distribution of assigned tasks among the department members to ensure the continuity and effective organization of work during the upcoming period. The meeting discussed preparations for the beginning of the new academic year, including mechanisms for welcoming students and providing an appropriate educational environment. It also addressed the requirements of the examination committees and the organization of their tasks to ensure smooth procedures and accuracy in academic work. The meeting also reviewed the use of the SIS system, emphasizing the importance of updating academic and administrative data and information and following up on student-related procedures. The Head of the Department emphasized the importance of integrating the efforts of the teaching and administrative staff, as well as adhering to the assigned tasks and responsibilities, in order to ensure optimal readiness for the start of the academic year and achieve a high level of academic performance. The meeting reflects the Industrial College Technologies Department’s commitment to developing the academic and administrative work environment and contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, while enhancing the quality of educational services provided to students.
