As part of the Civil Engineering Department’s efforts at Al-Mustaqbal University to ensure the accuracy and integrity of academic and examination procedures, the Head of the Civil Engineering Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Mayada Waheed Falah, followed up on the progress of completing the Examination Committee’s work, in coordination with the committee members and in the presence of the Department Rapporteur, Assistant Lecturer Lina Hussein Ali. The follow-up focused on the final examinations for the second semester of the 2025–2026 academic year. The meeting included a discussion of the stages of completing the examination procedures for both the first and second rounds, as well as the verification of grades and final results, the review of academic records and data, and the completion of relevant examination minutes and documents in accordance with the approved academic regulations and instructions. The Head of the Department emphasized the importance of maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and organization in completing the Examination Committee’s work, ensuring the integrity of verification and documentation procedures, the accuracy of final results, and the completion of the academic requirements for the academic year. She also commended the efforts of the committee members and the Department Rapporteur in carrying out their assigned tasks with efficiency and academic responsibility. This follow-up reflects the Civil Engineering Department’s ongoing commitment to academic oversight, enhancing the quality of examination administration, and advancing the standards of academic and administrative performance in accordance with approved quality standards.
