As part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to strengthening its presence at international technology forums and keeping pace with the latest developments in artificial intelligence and digital transformation, the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, visited GITEX AI Türkiye 2026, held in Istanbul on September 9–10, 2026, during his return from an academic tour of several European countries. The visit provided an opportunity to explore the latest technologies and innovations in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and educational technology, as well as to examine opportunities for integrating these technologies into the University’s educational and research environment. On the sidelines of the exhibition, the University President held a number of meetings with representatives of Turkish and international technology companies, as well as specialized technology and innovation centers, including Teknopark Ankara and Antalya Teknokent. The meetings focused on exploring opportunities for cooperation and knowledge exchange, and on benefiting from modern technological solutions to develop academic curricula, laboratories, and educational and research applications. Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi emphasized that Al-Mustaqbal University’s participation in international technology events and exhibitions reflects its vision of establishing effective partnerships with global institutions and companies and strengthening the academic environment through modern technologies. These efforts aim to provide students and researchers with broader opportunities to acquire the skills and knowledge aligned with the demands of the global labor market and the rapid advancement of technology.
