The Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs of the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Adnan Al-Khafaji, accompanied by the Dean of the College of Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Shakir Majdi, conducted an inspection tour to follow up on the final ministerial examinations at the college and assess the regularity of the examination process and compliance with the approved instructions and regulations.
The tour included visits to several examination halls to observe the examination environment in which students were taking their exams. It also involved following up on the organizational procedures implemented by the examination committees and the teaching and supporting staff, as well as ensuring that the necessary facilities and requirements were provided to support the smooth and accurate conduct of the examinations.
During the tour, emphasis was placed on the importance of implementing ministerial instructions and examination regulations, strengthening organization and discipline within the examination halls, and providing an appropriate examination environment that enables students to complete their exams in a calm and stable setting. This contributes to maintaining the integrity of examination procedures and enhancing the quality of educational outcomes.
This tour comes as part of the efforts of the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University to conduct field-based follow-up of the examination process and ensure the implementation of approved organizational and academic standards. It also reflects the college’s commitment to enhancing the quality of examinations in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and quality assurance requirements in higher education institutions.
