All students are required to apply exclusively through the “Qaddim” (Apply) Platform. The application process involves creating a single account and proceeds through the following stages: First: Central Government Admission 🟢 The Central Government Admission application process is currently open and will remain available until Sunday, 4 October 2026. Following the conclusion of the application period, the Central Government Admission results will be announced within the designated timeframe. Second: Parallel and Private University Admission 🟡 Following the announcement of the Central Government Admission results, applications for Parallel Admission and Private University Admission will open through the Qaddim Platform. Parallel Admission: Students may select up to 10 choices. Private University Admission: Students may select a minimum of 7 choices and a maximum of 50 choices. Third: Announcement of Admission Results Following the completion of the application period, the Parallel and Private University Admission results will be announced simultaneously. Accordingly, each student will have three admission outcomes: 1️⃣ Central Government Admission 2️⃣ Parallel Admission 3️⃣ Private University Admission Fourth: Confirmation of Admission and Enrolment Students may select only one admission from the three available options and confirm it through preliminary registration. After confirming their admission, students must visit the selected university to complete the registration and enrolment procedures and commence their studies. 📌 Important Note: According to this mechanism, the commencement of studies for all students—government, parallel, and private university admissions—will take place at the same time. 🔸 The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is also expected to release soon the Unified Admission Guide for Private Universities and Colleges, which will include the admission requirements, minimum grades, and eligible academic pathways for the upcoming academic year. 🇮🇶 Al-Mustaqbal University – The First University in Iraq
