The Dean of the College of Science at Al-Mustaqbal University, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Al-Sultani, held an online meeting on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, with the activity officers and website officers of the scientific departments affiliated with the college. The meeting focused on mechanisms for organizing and documenting scientific and academic activities and enhancing the media and digital presence of the college and its departments. The meeting aimed to support scientific and academic activities and strengthen planning mechanisms for scientific workshops, seminars, lectures, and academic events. This contributes to organizing activities according to clear and well-structured plans while enhancing the participation of students and teaching staff in various events held by the college and its scientific departments. The meeting also addressed the importance of coordination between activity officers and website officers to ensure the documentation of events, preparation and regular publication of related news and reports, as well as highlighting the scientific and research achievements and academic activities carried out by the departments. The Dean emphasized the importance of strengthening the media aspect of the College of Science and unifying efforts to communicate its scientific and academic activities and achievements to the university community. This reflects the high academic standards of the college and enhances its media and digital presence. He also stressed the need to adhere to approved standards when preparing news and media coverage, ensuring that activities are documented with accurate information and photographs, and maintaining continuous coordination with the college’s website administration to ensure the timely and accurate publication of activities and events. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean emphasized the importance of continuing to work in a spirit of teamwork and strengthening cooperation among the scientific departments and the units responsible for activities and media. Such efforts contribute to revitalizing the scientific, academic, and media activities of the College of Science at Al-Mustaqbal University and highlighting its role in supporting education, scientific research, and community service.
