It also addressed the main events and activities organized by the college’s departments, as well as their documentation and publication through official platforms. During the meeting, the Dean emphasized the importance of continuously updating the websites and enhancing their published content, while ensuring professional documentation of academic, scientific, and cultural activities and events, reflecting the achievements of the College of Science and its departments. The meeting also discussed several proposals and directives aimed at improving performance and organizing coordination between website representatives and activity coordinators, contributing to strengthening the college’s digital and media presence. The meeting was attended by the AI Department’s Activity Coordinator, Assistant Lecturer Aya Mohammed Hussein, and the department’s authorized website representative, Baneen Nazim, along with the website representatives and activity coordinators from the college’s departments.
