The Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Assistant Professor Dr. Zahraa Haleem Al-Qaim, inspected the Examination Committee of the Department of Industrial College Technologies on Monday, September 7, 2026, to review the workflow and the procedures adopted for organizing and managing the examination process, as well as to follow up on the mechanisms of work within the electronic SIS system. During the visit, she also reviewed the mechanisms for utilizing the SIS system in managing student affairs and examination results, emphasizing the importance of making optimal use of electronic systems to accelerate procedures, enhance data accuracy, and ensure greater efficiency and smoothness in the committee’s operations. The Dean affirmed the College’s commitment to supporting examination committees and providing the necessary requirements to ensure the efficient performance of their duties, while strengthening digital transformation in the management of academic records and data. This aligns with the University’s vision of developing institutional performance and enhancing the quality of educational services provided to students. The visit comes as part of the College’s ongoing field follow-up of examination committees’ work and its commitment to reinforcing standards of organization, accuracy, and transparency in managing the examination process, thereby contributing to the quality of academic and administrative performance within the College.
