Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies Inspects Examination Committee and Reviews SIS Operations

The Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Dr. Zahraa Haleem Al-Qayem, conducted an inspection visit today to the Examination Committee at the Department of Optics Techniques, to review the progress of its work and follow up on the procedures adopted for organizing and managing the examination process, as well as to examine the mechanisms of operation within the electronic SIS system. During the visit, the Dean reviewed the stages of completing examination-related tasks and the procedures for entering and verifying academic data and examination results through the system. She emphasized the importance of accuracy in handling academic data and adherence to the approved instructions and regulations, contributing to enhancing the efficiency of both administrative and academic work. The Dean also followed up on the use of the SIS system in managing students’ academic affairs and examination results, stressing the importance of making optimal use of electronic systems to ensure efficient procedures, accurate information, and smooth workflow within the Examination Committee. During the visit, the Dean affirmed the College’s commitment to supporting Examination Committees and providing an organized working environment, while further promoting digital transformation in the management of academic records. This aligns with the University’s vision of enhancing institutional performance and improving the quality of services provided to students.
