Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs at the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Adnan Al-Khafaji, accompanied by the Dean of the College of Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Shakir Majid, conducted a field visit to follow up on the final ministerial examinations at the College. The visit aimed to strengthen academic discipline and ensure compliance with the approved examination regulations and instructions. The visit included an inspection of several examination halls, during which the officials reviewed the environment in which students were taking their examinations and assessed the procedures implemented by the examination committees, teaching staff, and supporting personnel. They also verified the availability of the necessary requirements to provide students with an appropriate examination environment. The visit highlighted the importance of strict adherence to ministerial instructions and the proper organisation of examination procedures, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities, maintaining a calm and disciplined atmosphere within the halls, and providing students with suitable conditions to complete their examinations effectively and confidently. This follow-up is part of the College of Health and Medical Technologies’ commitment to enhancing the organisation of examination procedures and implementing academic quality standards in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It also contributes to strengthening the reliability and integrity of the procedures adopted during the final ministerial examinations. The initiative further reflects the University’s commitment to establishing an educational environment founded on quality, discipline, and academic fairness, while supporting students throughout the assessment process.
