scientific forums, Dr. Karrar Majid Obaid, a faculty member in the Department of Biochemistry at the College of Science, Al-Mustaqbal University, contributed to the publication of a scientific research paper in the Indian journal Natural Resources for Human Health, entitled: “In Vitro Antioxidant Behavior and Cytogenotoxic Effects of Zinc Nanoparticles Loaded on Banana Peels” The study investigated the green synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticles using banana peel extract, along with evaluating their antioxidant activity and cytogenotoxic effects. The research contributes to advancing contemporary research directions in green chemistry, nanotechnology, and their sustainable applications.
