*Based on the directives of the Honorable Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Roudhan Salman, Dean of the College of Education, and in line with the commitment to monitoring administrative workflow and elevating the level of institutional performance, the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Mr. Eng. Hussein Munir Al-Shammari, conducted an inspection tour of the department.* During the tour, he reviewed the workflow in the administrative units and followed up on the procedures followed for completing the tasks and duties assigned to them. The tour included monitoring administrative work mechanisms, identifying the most prominent needs and requirements that would support the administrative units and enhance performance efficiency. It also emphasized the importance of adhering to the applicable administrative instructions and regulations, and processing the transactions of students, visitors, and staff members smoothly and accurately. During the tour, the Assistant Dean stressed the necessity of continuing to work as one team and enhancing coordination among the administrative units. This contributes to providing the best administrative services and achieving the desired goals. He also commended the efforts made by the administrative staff in performing their duties.
