The President of Al-Mustaqbal University Reviews the Latest Research Projects at Bristol Robotics Laboratory.

Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, conducted a scientific visit to the Bristol Robotics Laboratory (BRL) at the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) to review research projects and modern technologies adopted in the fields of robotics, artificial intelligence, and smart systems. During the visit, the University President was briefed on several projects undertaken by postgraduate students and researchers. These included applications of robotics in healthcare, home assistance, and elderly support, as well as projects on autonomous vehicles and autonomous systems. The visit also included a review of projects in the fields of advanced manufacturing and smart manufacturing, the use of industrial robotic arms, in addition to several studies on human-robot interaction, quadruped robots, and humanoid robots. Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi emphasized the importance of enhancing scientific and research cooperation with international universities, laboratories, and research centers, and exchanging expertise and experiences in modern scientific and technical fields.
