As part of its strategic vision aimed at fostering a culture of quality and institutional excellence and enhancing the university performance system, the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a specialized workshop on the instructions and mechanisms for evaluating the performance of university staff for the academic year 2025–2026, in accordance with the updated ministerial forms. The workshop addressed the latest approved instructions and regulations governing the performance evaluation process, as well as clarifying the practical mechanisms and procedures for implementing the updated ministerial forms. This contributes to ensuring fairness, transparency, and accuracy in performance evaluation while promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the university environment. The workshop was delivered by Dr. Riyadh Hamid Salman, Director of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department, alongside Ms. Zainab Latif Wahab, Head of the Institutional Performance Evaluation Division. They provided a detailed explanation of the evaluation criteria, newly introduced instructions, and implementation mechanisms, while also responding to the questions and observations raised by the participants. The workshop was attended by a number of department heads, quality assurance officers from colleges and departments, as well as other relevant personnel. Their active participation reflected Al-Mustaqbal University's commitment to unifying perspectives and procedures and building a robust institutional system founded on quality, excellence, and sustainable improvement.
