Al-Mustaqbal University, through its Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance, organized a specialized workshop on the instructions and mechanisms for evaluating the performance of university staff for the 2025–2026 academic year, in accordance with the updated ministerial forms. The workshop aimed to enhance performance quality and promote the principles of fairness and transparency in the evaluation process. The workshop addressed the latest instructions and regulations related to university performance evaluation, in addition to reviewing the practical procedures for implementing the updated ministerial forms. These efforts contribute to standardizing work procedures, improving evaluation accuracy, and strengthening a culture of continuous development and improvement within the university environment. The workshop was delivered by Dr. Riyadh Hamid Salman, Director of the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance, and Ms. Zainab Latif Wahab, Head of the Institutional Performance Evaluation Division. They provided a detailed explanation of the evaluation criteria, newly introduced instructions, and implementation mechanisms, while also responding to participants’ questions and comments. The workshop was attended by a number of heads of departments, quality assurance officers from colleges and departments, as well as other concerned personnel. The active participation reflected the university’s commitment to unifying visions and procedures and building a robust institutional system based on quality, excellence, and continuous improvement. The workshop is part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s ongoing efforts to develop human capital and enhance institutional performance efficiency. These efforts support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 on Quality Education and SDG 8 on Decent Work and Economic Growth, while advancing the university’s pursuit of academic leadership and excellence.
