As part of its strategic efforts to promote a culture of quality and institutional excellence and to enhance the university’s performance system, the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department at Al-Mustaqbal University held a specialized workshop on the instructions and mechanisms for evaluating the performance of the university’s staff for the academic year 2025–2026, in accordance with the updated ministerial forms. The workshop featured a lecture delivered by Dr. Riyadh Hamid Salman, Director of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department, alongside Ms. Zainab Latif Wahab, Head of the Institutional Performance Evaluation Division. The workshop was attended by a number of department heads, quality assurance officers in the colleges and departments, as well as several staff members concerned with this area. The workshop addressed the latest approved instructions and regulations governing the performance evaluation process, in addition to clarifying the practical mechanisms and procedures for implementing the updated ministerial forms. A detailed explanation was provided of the evaluation criteria, newly introduced instructions, and implementation mechanisms, while participants’ questions and comments were also addressed. The workshop aimed to unify perspectives and procedures related to the performance evaluation process and to ensure fairness, transparency, and accuracy in applying the approved standards. This contributes to strengthening a culture of continuous development and building a robust institutional system based on quality, excellence, and sustainable improvement.
