In accordance with the directives of the Head of the Department of English, the committee responsible for uploading students’ grades to the Student Information System (SIS) began the procedures for uploading, reviewing, and certifying students’ grades on Wednesday, August 26, 2026. The procedures were conducted in the presence of members of the department’s examination committee as part of the department’s ongoing efforts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of academic results.
The process of uploading and certifying grades was carried out in accordance with the approved procedures and regulations, under the direct supervision of the examination committee. The procedures included reviewing the data and grades entered into the electronic system, carefully checking their accuracy, and verifying them before their official approval.
This step reflects the Department of English’s commitment to enhancing accuracy and transparency in managing academic records and ensuring that students’ grades are properly recorded. It also contributes to organizing and streamlining the electronic procedures related to the announcement of academic results.
