In accordance with the directives of the Dean of the College of Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Radwan Salman, the SIS Committee at the College of Education, chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Mamoun Sami, Head of the Verification Committee, commenced the procedures for verifying and approving the process of uploading students’ grades to the Student Information System (SIS) for all scientific departments on Wednesday, 26 August 2026. The procedures were conducted in the Humanities Building at the College of Education.
These procedures reflect the College of Education’s commitment to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of students’ academic records and to maintaining the proper implementation of approved procedures and regulations for recording and confirming grades after their review and verification by the relevant committees.
The verification process included reviewing the grades entered into the electronic system, checking their accuracy and consistency with the approved academic records, and preparing them for official approval and adoption. The committee also emphasized the importance of accuracy in entering and updating academic data to ensure the integrity of students’ academic records and the smooth implementation of electronic procedures related to the processing and approval of academic results.
The committee confirmed that the verification and approval procedures were carried out in accordance with the approved academic and administrative mechanisms and within the specified timelines. These efforts contribute to enhancing the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of academic and administrative procedures within the College.
