The College of Science at Al-Mustaqbal University held an expanded meeting on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at the College Dean’s Office, attended by the Dean of the College, Heads and Rapporteurs of the academic departments, and SIS system officials. The meeting focused on discussing the final procedures related to the SIS system and the necessary preparations for the second-round examinations. The meeting was held as part of the College’s commitment to completing the academic and administrative requirements associated with the Student Information System (SIS), ensuring the smooth implementation of procedures related to students and teaching staff, and contributing to greater accuracy and efficiency in completing academic and administrative tasks. The meeting addressed several topics related to the final procedures of the SIS system, including mechanisms for reviewing and updating data, as well as following up on examination requirements and discussing the necessary preparations for the second-round examinations. These measures aim to ensure that the examinations are conducted smoothly and in accordance with the approved regulations and instructions. The meeting also provided an opportunity for the College Dean’s Office, Heads and Rapporteurs of the academic departments, and SIS officials to exchange views and proposals, with the aim of addressing any technical and administrative observations or requirements and strengthening coordination among the relevant parties. The Dean’s Office of the College of Science emphasized the importance of such meetings in following up on academic and administrative procedures and ensuring early preparations for examination requirements. It also stressed the importance of continued cooperation and coordination between the academic departments and the officials responsible for the SIS system.
