The President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, chaired an expanded administrative meeting to review the university’s readiness and ensure the completion of the requirements of the Ministerial Committee for Education and Academic Establishment.
The meeting was attended by the Scientific Assistant, Assistant Professor Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, along with directors of the relevant departments and administrative units, including the Office Affairs Department, Projects and Reconstruction Department, Legal Affairs Department, Human Resources Department, and the Secretariat of the University Council.
The meeting included a comprehensive review of the key requirements necessary to ensure the highest standards of academic, administrative, and service quality, particularly:
Infrastructure and Technical Requirements: Reviewing the readiness of the university’s infrastructure, classrooms, modern laboratories, and logistical and engineering facilities to support the university’s new expansions.
Human Resources and Staff: Following up on the academic and administrative staff requirements, while completing recruitment and academic development plans in accordance with approved standards.
Legal and Student Affairs: Reviewing the regulations and instructions governing academic establishment, while ensuring the availability of the necessary facilities and support services for students.
During the meeting, the University President emphasized the importance of coordinated efforts among all administrative and technical units to complete the assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency, within the specified timelines.
He further stressed that these efforts contribute to strengthening Al-Mustaqbal University’s position and supporting its ongoing journey of academic expansion, institutional development, and continuous improvement.
