The President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, chaired an expanded administrative meeting to follow up on the University’s readiness and compliance with the requirements of the Ministry’s Education and Program Establishment Committee. The meeting was attended by the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, along with the directors of the relevant departments and administrative units. The meeting was held with the aim of strengthening the University’s institutional readiness and following up on the completion of the material, technical, administrative, and academic requirements, contributing to achieving the highest standards of quality and performance and supporting the University’s plans for academic expansion and the establishment of new academic programs. The meeting included a comprehensive review of the main requirements and relevant items. The participants reviewed the readiness of the infrastructure, classrooms, modern laboratories, and logistical and engineering facilities, in addition to following up on the academic and administrative staffing and completing recruitment and academic qualification plans in accordance with approved standards. Legal and student-related matters were also discussed, including ensuring compliance with the regulations and instructions governing the establishment of new academic programs, as well as providing the necessary facilities and support services for students, ensuring the completion of all requirements in accordance with the approved ministerial regulations and procedures. The meeting witnessed detailed follow-up of various files by the concerned administrative and technical units, reflecting the University’s commitment to achieving high levels of organization and coordination and ensuring that assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the specified timelines. During the meeting, the University President emphasized the importance of concerted efforts among all administrative and technical units and completing the assigned tasks with a high level of accuracy and within the specified schedules. He noted that such efforts contribute to strengthening the position of Al-Mustaqbal University and supporting its continued academic expansion and institutional development. This follow-up is part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s efforts to enhance the quality of academic and administrative performance and provide an integrated university environment that meets the requirements of higher education, supporting the University’s commitment to continuous development and the establishment of academic programs that respond to labor market needs and scientific development.
