Al-Mustaqbal University President Receives Head of the Iraqi Academics' Syndicate – Babil Branch to Discuss Strengthening Cooperation

Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, received Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Khafaji, President of the Iraqi Academics' Syndicate – Babil Branch, in the presence of members of the University Council. The visit falls within the framework of ongoing engagement aimed at strengthening ties between academic and professional institutions in the province. At the outset of the meeting, Dr. Al-Khafaji extended his warmest congratulations to the university's presidency and council on being awarded the Erasmus+ program grant, commending the university's outstanding scientific and academic achievements and its notable presence at both the local and international levels. The meeting focused on exploring prospects for joint cooperation between the two sides and mechanisms for its development, with particular emphasis on several key points, most notably: Appointing representatives of the Academics' Syndicate across the university's colleges and departments. Announcing employment opportunities for holders of postgraduate degrees in coordination with the Syndicate. Affirming the continuation of the partnership between the academic and professional institutions to support teaching staff and advance the educational process in Babil Governorate. Concluding the meeting, Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Khafaji praised Al-Mustaqbal University's distinguished academic trajectory, affirming that its consecutive scientific achievements and qualitative advancements reflect its sound vision in leading higher education, and further reinforce its standing as a leading academic institution recognized on the local and international educational map.
