First-year student Saif Dhulfiqar Falah, from the Department of Artificial Intelligence Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University, achieved a distinguished national accomplishment after receiving a Certificate of Appreciation signed by Prof. Dr. Haider Abdul-Dhad, Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Scientific Affairs and Chairman of the Ministerial Committee, during the National University Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Championship (NURAI 2026). This recognition came in appreciation of his active participation as a member of the Phoenix Team in developing and presenting an innovative project entitled “Solar Panel Cleaning System Using Artificial Intelligence and Electric Fields.” The project aims to develop an intelligent system for cleaning solar panels by employing Artificial Intelligence and electric field technologies to detect the accumulation of dust and debris and contribute to cleaning the panel surfaces, helping maintain their efficiency and improve their performance in energy generation. The achievement was accomplished under the supervision of Asst. Lect. Hadi Salah Hadi, Rapporteur of the Department of Artificial Intelligence Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University, who contributed to supervising the team and guiding the students throughout the project’s preparation and development stages. The Department of Artificial Intelligence Sciences proudly celebrates this achievement, reaffirming its commitment to preparing and supporting students to participate in national and international scientific competitions and transforming innovative ideas into practical technological solutions.
