Ministry of Higher Education Directs Universities to Award Five Grace Marks for Critical Cases of Non-Graduating Students

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced that the Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Hussein Al-Mousawi, has directed the councils of Iraqi universities to award five grace marks to address critical cases involving non-graduating students during the current academic year. This directive reflects the Ministry's commitment to supporting students' academic progress, taking into account their circumstances, and providing the necessary academic flexibility to address exceptional cases in accordance with the applicable regulations and instructions while maintaining the quality and integrity of the educational and academic process.
