The President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Hassan Shaker Majdy, has been selected as a keynote speaker at the Times Higher Education (THE) Arab Universities Summit 2026, which will be held in Ben Guerir, Kingdom of Morocco, from 3 to 5 November 2026.
This prestigious international summit is organized by Times Higher Education (THE) in partnership with Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) under the central theme:
"Collaboration and Progress: Advancing Excellence Across Arab Higher Education."
The selection of Professor Hassan Shaker Majdy as a keynote speaker at this prominent regional and international event reflects academic recognition of Al-Mustaqbal University's remarkable rise and distinguished standing in global university rankings, as well as the University's leadership in the fields of sustainability, digital transformation, and the advancement of scientific research and technological innovation.
During the summit, the University President will join a distinguished group of higher education leaders, university presidents, and international experts—including Dr. Rima Matar, Vice President of the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK)—to discuss strategies for enhancing the quality of higher education, strengthening cross-border academic partnerships, and addressing the challenges and opportunities of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, with the aim of advancing the global competitiveness and excellence of Arab higher education institutions.
