The academic committees of the College of Administrative Sciences, represented by the Business Administration Department at Al-Mustaqbal University, have continued their ongoing field visits to supervise and monitor third-year students participating in the Summer Training Program. The visits aimed to assess students' practical performance at various governmental, municipal, and public institutions across the governorates of Babel and Al-Qadisiyyah. The supervisory tours covered students undertaking their training in several key government institutions, including the Babel Governorate Office, the Babel Provincial Council, the Department of Development and Training in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate, as well as various governmental departments affiliated with Al-Qadisiyyah Governorate. During these visits, the academic committees observed the administrative and practical tasks assigned to the trainees and held discussions with institutional officials and field supervisors regarding mechanisms for enhancing students' practical competencies, evaluating their commitment to approved training plans, and ensuring compliance with academic quality standards. The Department Presidency emphasized that these intensive field follow-up visits are conducted to strengthen cooperation between Al-Mustaqbal University and state institutions while reaffirming the College's commitment to developing students' leadership, administrative, and professional skills. The initiative also seeks to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical application, thereby preparing highly qualified graduates capable of meeting labor market demands and contributing effectively to the development of Iraq's public institutions.
