Al-Mustaqbal University has announced the opening of registration for the First International Conference on Environmental Sustainability and Ecosystems (MICEES 2026), organized by the College of Engineering on 20–21 October 2026 at Al-Mustaqbal University in Babylon, Iraq. The conference will bring together researchers, academics, engineers, and postgraduate students from Iraq and abroad. The conference aims to provide an international scientific platform for exchanging expertise and presenting the latest research and innovations in environmental sustainability. It seeks to promote scientific solutions to contemporary environmental challenges, strengthen academic and research collaboration, and support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The conference will feature a wide range of specialized themes, including sustainable technologies, climate change, ecosystem restoration, renewable energy, resource and waste management, artificial intelligence in environmental systems, and sustainable architecture, reflecting the latest global trends in environmental and engineering sciences. The Scientific and Organizing Committee invites researchers and interested participants to submit their scientific contributions and take part in the conference. The deadline for abstract submission is 1 September 2026, while the deadline for full paper submission is 27 September 2026.
