Al-Mustaqbal University continued its efforts to develop its training programs and strengthen its Artificial Intelligence Initiative by holding a meeting of the Continuing Education Center staff. The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, and Prof. Dr. Wael Al-Nadawi, Director of the Continuing Education Center, to review the current training programs and discuss mechanisms for their development in line with the University’s vision of capacity building and digital transformation.
The meeting included a comprehensive discussion of the training programs offered by the Continuing Education Center to the University’s faculty members, staff, students, and various segments of the community. Participants also reviewed plans to update the training content and enhance implementation mechanisms to keep pace with scientific and technological developments while improving the quality of training outcomes.
Particular attention was given to the Artificial Intelligence Initiative launched by the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi. The meeting evaluated the implementation of the initiative across its various levels and discussed strategies for expanding its scope to prepare qualified professionals equipped with the digital competencies required to keep pace with the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence technologies and their applications.
Prof. Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi emphasized that the Artificial Intelligence Initiative represents one of the University’s strategic pillars in creating an advanced academic environment. He commended the Continuing Education Center staff for their outstanding efforts in delivering high-quality training programs and contributing to the success of the initiative.
The meeting was also attended by Prof. Dr. Tariq Jawad Kadhim, Director of the Scientific Affairs Department, and Dr. Samir Badrawi, Director of the Cultural Relations Department at the University Presidency. The participants stressed the importance of continuing teamwork and strengthening cooperation among the University’s units to support continuous development and reinforce Al-Mustaqbal University’s position as a leading academic institution in capacity building, knowledge dissemination, innovation, and community service.
For his part, Prof. Dr. Wael Al-Nadawi presented an overview of the Center’s key training programs, together with trainee evaluation indicators, highlighting the Center’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the quality and effectiveness of its training activities.
