As part of its continuous commitment to enhancing academic and administrative quality and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and excellence within the educational environment, the Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Professor Dr. Zahraa Halim Al-Qayyim, conducted an inspection visit to the Department of Optometry Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University. The visit reflected the College's dedication to direct field supervision of academic activities and to assessing the implementation of quality assurance and program accreditation standards across all departmental operations. The Dean was accompanied by Dr. Arshad during the inspection tour, which included a comprehensive review of the preparation of the Master Grade Sheet, as well as an audit of the activities carried out by the Department's Examination Committee and Quality Assurance Unit. The visit was attended by the Head and all members of the Examination Committee. The primary objectives of the visit were to evaluate the mechanisms employed for documenting students' academic records and to verify the compliance of examination procedures with the applicable ministerial regulations and institutional guidelines, thereby ensuring the highest levels of transparency, accuracy, and fairness. In addition, the Dean reviewed the performance indicators of the Quality Assurance Unit and discussed strategies for the continuous improvement of administrative and examination processes to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of academic outputs. The inspection concluded with the Dean and the Head of the Department of Optometry Technologies reaffirming their unwavering commitment to adopting best practices in academic administration, assessment, and quality assurance. They also emphasized their shared dedication to enhancing institutional performance and advancing organizational excellence in alignment with the strategic vision of both the College and Al-Mustaqbal University for academic distinction and leadership.
