Al-Mustaqbal University, represented by its liaison members with the Iraqi Engineers Union, participated in the Semi-Annual Conference of the Iraqi Engineers Union – Babylon Branch, held in Sulaymaniyah on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. The conference brought together a distinguished group of academics, engineers, and representatives of engineering institutions from various Iraqi governorates. During the conference, representatives of Al-Mustaqbal University presented several scientific and specialized topics, highlighting the University's achievements in advancing its academic programs and its continuous efforts to enhance the quality of engineering education in line with the latest scientific and technological developments. The University also showcased the role of its Technology Incubator in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, in addition to presenting the latest applications of artificial intelligence and digital technologies and their contribution to community service and the advancement of the engineering sector, supporting digital transformation and institutional innovation. Furthermore, the University introduced the programs offered by its Center for Continuing Education, emphasizing the impact of its professional training courses on developing the skills and competencies of engineers and graduates in accordance with labor market requirements. The presentation also highlighted the University's initiatives and partnerships with governmental institutions and the private sector aimed at supporting graduates, enhancing their professional capabilities, and improving their career readiness.
