**With the beginning of July, the Deanship of the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University officially launched the Summer Practical Training Program for students of the scientific departments, including Radiological Techniques, Anesthesia Techniques, Medical Laboratory Techniques, and Optometry Techniques. The program is being implemented across a number of governmental and private hospitals in accordance with the regulations and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.**
As part of the University's commitment to ensuring the quality of practical training, academic supervisors have commenced field visits to the designated healthcare institutions to monitor students' attendance and evaluate the progress of the training program. These visits include Imam Al-Sadiq (PBUH) Teaching Hospital, Babylon Private Hospital, and other approved healthcare centers selected according to a geographical distribution that takes into account students' places of residence, thereby facilitating access to training sites and reducing transportation burdens.
The Presidency of Al-Mustaqbal University, represented by the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, together with the Deanship of the College of Health and Medical Technologies, affirms its continued coordination and daily follow-up with the host institutions to ensure an optimal training environment and to address any challenges students may encounter throughout the training period. As part of its ongoing support for its students, the University has also assumed full responsibility for covering all training fees required by the participating hospitals and healthcare institutions.
The College urges all students to commence their training promptly and adhere strictly to the assigned schedules and institutional regulations, emphasizing that failure to report or unjustified absence will be subject to the applicable legal and academic regulations.
Furthermore, the College confirms that its supervisory committees and official communication channels remain available throughout the training period to respond to students' inquiries and address any emergencies, ensuring the successful completion of all practical training requirements.
Al-Mustaqbal University extends its best wishes to all students for a productive and rewarding training experience that enhances their professional competencies and prepares them to contribute effectively to the healthcare sector and the wider community.
