Within the framework of developing academic competencies and enhancing professional training skills, Dr. Hazem Mohammed Dayekh, a faculty member in the Department of Accounting, College of Administrative Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University, successfully completed the Training of Trainers (TOT) program, organized by the Iraqi Foundation for Culture and Development in cooperation with the General Syndicate of Iraqi Trainers. The program was held over five days, totaling 25 training hours, from June 20 to June 25, 2026. It covered specialized topics including modern training methodologies, training program design and development, effective communication skills, and training session management. The program concluded with a final assessment, which Dr. Dayekh successfully passed. This achievement reflects the Department of Accounting's commitment to the continuous professional and academic development of its faculty members, contributing to the enhancement of teaching and training quality while reinforcing the university's mission in promoting knowledge and building professional competencies.
