Achieved a remarkable academic milestone, Al-Mustaqbal University ranked first among all Iraqi public and private universities in the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2026, placing within the 201–300 global band. This achievement reflects the University's commitment to academic excellence, quality standards, and the advancement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Al-Mustaqbal University also attained an outstanding global distinction by ranking 51st worldwide for SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy, underscoring its leadership in promoting sustainable practices and fostering innovation in the fields of energy and environmental sustainability. This accomplishment contributes to advancing several Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
