Under the direct patronage and supervision of Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and with the follow-up of Professor Dr. Mudhafar Al-Zuhairi, Director of Academic Supervision, the Continuing Education Center, headed by Professor Dr. Wael Al-Nadawi, organized a training workshop on June 20, 2026, entitled “AI Awareness” as part of the “Artificial Intelligence Literacy Program,” which aims to develop digital skills and enhance participants’ readiness to keep pace with the rapidly evolving technological transformation. The workshop witnessed broad participation from faculty members, staff, and students, in addition to the attendance of specialists and experts in artificial intelligence and modern digital technologies, reflecting the university’s commitment to adopting the latest global trends in education and training. The workshop addressed the fundamentals of artificial intelligence, its practical applications, and its major categories, including analytical, predictive, and generative AI. It also highlighted effective ways of integrating AI technologies into academic and administrative fields to improve performance efficiency and promote a culture of digital innovation. This workshop is part of a series of progressive training courses and workshops included in the program, which aims to build participants’ capacities and equip them with essential and advanced skills in the use of artificial intelligence technologies in accordance with international standards and best practices.
