Announced by Al-Mustaqbal University, the leading private university in Iraq, through its Artificial Intelligence Incubator in cooperation with the Center for Continuing Education, the launch of the 2026 Summer Robotics Programs aims to develop students’ skills in programming, robotics, and technological innovation in line with the latest global educational standards. The training programs are designed for three age groups through specialized tracks, including VEX GO (ages 6–9), VEX IQ (ages 10–14), and VEX V5 (ages 15–19), providing participants with hands-on learning experiences tailored to their age and knowledge levels. The courses focus on enhancing logical and creative thinking skills, learning programming fundamentals and sensor control mechanisms, building and designing intelligent robots, and developing teamwork and problem-solving abilities, in addition to preparing teams for participation in technical competitions and events. The programs are scheduled to begin on July 1, 2026, and will run for one month at the Center for Continuing Education in Al-Qadisiyah area, Hillah city, under the supervision of the internationally certified trainer Dr. Mosaddaq Maher Abdulzahra, Director of the Artificial Intelligence Incubator at Al-Mustaqbal University. Participants will receive certified certificates from the Center for Continuing Education and the Artificial Intelligence Incubator, along with distinguished international certificates. Valuable prizes and trophies will also be awarded to winning teams to encourage competition and excellence. This initiative reflects the university’s commitment to promoting technical education and fostering a culture of innovation and digital transformation among younger generations, contributing to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) by developing technical competencies and preparing future-ready talents.
