Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdy, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, the Women's Affairs Committee, in cooperation with the College of Health and Medical Technologies / Aesthetic and Laser Techniques Department, conducted an awareness activity entitled "How Women Can Overcome Psychological Stress and Negative Energy" on June 14, 2026.
The activity was presented by Assistant Lecturer Haiman Waleed Mazloum and Ms. Shahd Nawras, with the participation of a number of female students and faculty members. The activity aimed to enhance awareness of women's mental health and empower participants to cope with life pressures and eliminate negative energy, contributing to improved academic and social well-being.
The activity introduced the concept of psychological stress and negative energy, highlighting their major causes and effects on mental and physical health. It also explored practical strategies for managing stress and anxiety, including time management, relaxation techniques, positive thinking, and the importance of social support in achieving psychological balance and strengthening self-confidence.
The activity sought to equip participants with skills that help create a positive psychological environment and enhance their ability to face daily challenges, thereby supporting their academic, professional, and social success.
This activity reflects the ongoing efforts of Al-Mustaqbal University, the leading private university in Iraq, to support women's issues and promote their psychological and social empowerment. It also contributes to creating a healthy and safe educational environment that enhances women's active role in society.

At the conclusion of the activity, participants emphasized the importance of continuing such awareness initiatives to support women's mental health, strengthen their resilience in facing challenges, and enhance their contribution to sustainable development and community well-being.
