In celebration of World Accreditation Day, the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a specialized academic workshop with the participation of Quality Assurance and University Performance Unit Directors from the university’s colleges, reaffirming the university’s commitment to promoting a culture of quality, academic accreditation, and institutional excellence.
The workshop, presented by Dr. Riyadh Hamed Salman, Director of the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance, highlighted the latest trends in academic and institutional accreditation and emphasized the role of quality systems in supporting academic sustainability and achieving excellence in accordance with national and international standards.
The workshop featured scientific discussions focusing on the role of accreditation in continuous improvement and in enhancing the quality of education, learning, scientific research, and university services. It also shed light on best institutional practices that strengthen the readiness of academic programs and educational institutions to meet accreditation requirements and contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This event forms part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s ongoing efforts to promote the principles of quality, good governance, and institutional innovation, supporting its journey toward academic leadership and the achievement of the highest standards of excellence at both the national and international levels.
