The Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Assistant Professor Dr. Zahraa Halim Al-Qayyim, honored—together with the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Adnan Al-Khafaji—a distinguished group of students from the Department of Optics Technologies within the “Sustainability Ambassadors” initiative. The students were awarded certificates of appreciation in recognition of their outstanding efforts and active participation in extracurricular activities, scientific events, and humanitarian initiatives within and outside the college, including their involvement in the Fourth International Future Week. This recognition comes as an appreciation of the students’ effective role in supporting various activities and initiatives, as well as their significant contributions to volunteer and humanitarian work. It also highlights their efforts in promoting a culture of sustainability and raising awareness of the Sustainable Development Goals among students and the wider academic community.
